Fitness tips for children:
For health and fitness the thing which matter the most is the your age
Age is the thing which you and your parents have a common concern about
If you are a child or you have children aged between (5 to 15) then these tips might help u the most
 By only giving proper amount of food is not the only way to keep them non malnourished but many small activities are also requiring doing for your fitness at that level.
Proper diet + proper exercise+ small amount of nourishment will make them holistically achieve a healthy and disease free life.






Diet:
A proper diet for children is the most requirements for them to grow and be healthy.
The diet should be according to the activities that they are pursuing in the whole day.
A 3-year-old’s child calories need range from 1,200-1,300 calories. Whereas an 8 years old kid need about 1,600 calorie depending on growth and activity level.
Nowadays parent are not concern about the children diet because of which there  is a increase in the trans fat of children which result in the  children report lower count of D3 (for Bones), B3 (neuralgia), B12 (Muscles) and iron.

Breakfast: Vegetable egg omelet with onion, tomato, spinach, whole grain bread slices, one apple. have food like starch product
Lunch: Lean chicken- capsicum-onion -zucchini stir fry - whole grain roll, mango lassi
Evening: Spinach- mushroom-peas cutlet, a handful of almonds, fresh mixed fruit juice (Apple Guava, lime)
Dinner: Whole multigrain phulkas, dal, paneer-peas-mushroom mixed vegetable curry,warm low fat milk. Don't have starch food like avoid food like
Exercises:
walking, running, jumping, playing  games may help them to digest their food properly and make them feel active and fresh. It helps them to be away from fatigue, laziness and many inborn disease.

As the summer vacation are on and the sun disturb in all the possible ways it better to play at the night or the evening but the best time is in the morning which always suit the body.
Don’t skip going out and playing because it heal the mind and the body and the children get a break from the daily rush.

Also joining camps are the best solution for being in much different type of activities.
Summer is all about doing stuffs up it is also about swimming and many sports and fitness periods of our life’s.
